Senior Director - Product Management - ADP - Roseland

Position Summary:
ADP is hiring a Senior Director of Product Management of Security Management Services. In this position, you'll be responsible for product strategy, vision and execution of ADP's market platform for global provisioning, identity and access management, single sign-on and federation services. You will provide oversight to multiple product owners and lead the team in achieving on-time, on-budget releases that achieve commercial success in the market.


Responsibilities:
As the expert level Senior Product Owner, you will establish the Security Services vision, strategy, and roadmap through comprehensive assessments of ADP strategic objectives, market/technology/competitive analysis, client and end user needs, Business Unit needs, Global Security Organization and Legal objectives, and Enterprise Architecture standards
Lead a team of product owners and drive strategy to design, develop and manage activities for a group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, lifecycle management and end of life
Drive a customer centric and user centric Design First product design and development approach. High interaction with all stakeholders to explore needs
Drive data driven product decisions through metrics and define and maintain the product scorecard
Anticipate changes needed based on win/loss data, lost clients and current client sentiment
Determine segment needs and characteristics for entire category and holds discussions with clients and prospects on current and future needs


Determine category level vision and strategy across multiple markets, create strategic plan content and drive new business ventures and partnerships
Work with Business Unit leadership, Sales and Service Leaders, Developers and Product Managers, Legal, GSO, & EA across the business to ensure requirements, vision& strategy are aligned and being applied consistently in all markets
Serve as the key point of contact and provide subject matter expertise for Client Security Management Office, Legal, Leadership, Business Units, Sales and their clients regarding available functionality and capabilities, client specific scenarios/requirements, best practices, industry trends and presents at client user/focus groups
Approve any deviation from product vision while serving as the central resource with design, process, development, testing, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
Continue involvement throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the group of products
Lead discussions with analyst community, trade and promotional events
May have direct responsibility for SCRUM teams, including feature/requirement definition, use cases, delivery management and ongoing quality management
Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities
