Senior Director - Learning Services - Concur Technologies - Bellevue


Job description

Major Responsibilities:
Develop a highly visible and impactful organization that delivers exceptional on-boarding, training, development enablement, accreditation/certification and communication programs to ensure success of Global Services employees, partners and customers around the world.
Build and foster relationships with internal and external contacts to develop industry-leading training curriculum, delivery, and employee/customer/partner development programs.
Identify, develop and implement strategies to drive higher levels of revenue.
Establish processes to monitor, measure and track impact and results of training initiatives and programs.
Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of internal communications strategies.
Work collaboratively with the Global Services leadership team and with cross-functional leaders/teams to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
Revenue forecasting; budget creation and management.
Build, develop, coach and inspire a team to outstanding results.
Education, Experience and Training Required:
Minimum 10+ years experience (including in Software/SaaS and global environments) in learning and development, including working in a blended learning environment and knowledge of adult learning principles.
Demonstrated ability to work with executive and senior management; collaborate, negotiate, influence, facilitate, consult, etc.
Demonstrated ability to show return on training investment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies.
Demonstrated track record of creating learning strategies across a global organization.
Ability to leverage best practices in Communications strategy to ensure consistent messaging across a global organization.
Proven track record of leading large scale global projects.
Proven ability to lead teams.
Ability to pass a background check.
