Right now, we are seeking a Director of Global Compliance Technology Solutions In this role as part of Global Compliance Technology team, you will be supporting the Global Compliance Organization. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the regional and other compliance groups. More specifically, you will be partnering with the various compliance departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet the needs. You will be responsible for defining the Compliance Systems Strategy based on the inputs from these Compliance Groups.


In Addition, You Will

• Be the advocate for IT to the regional & global compliance teams

• Liaison with Regional and Global Compliance teams

• Identify technology needs of regional Compliance teams and work with cross-functional development teams to identify a technology solution

• Define the short term and long term technology strategy for Compliance Systems

• Work with various compliance groups and IT on conflict resolution

• Work with Compliance to define roadmaps and priority

• Ensure that the Governance process is adhered to

Qualifications





• Must have a clear understanding of technology and Compliance

• Bachelor’s degree is a must; Master’s degree in business administration is a plus

• Experience working with Cross-Functional teams

• Strong and effective planning, analysis and problem solving skills with a global mindset

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in complex retail/consumer financial services/payment services organizations

• Prior experience with compliance systems is a strong plus

• Experience in leading global technology systems is a plus

• Global perspective is a must

• Strong leadership quality is a must

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

• Ability to work with multiple regions, multiple projects and multiple issues at the same time

• Team player with strong collaborative qualities and a positive attitude able to lead resolution

• Willing to travel globally as required
