Job description
In this newly created group within Operations at Oracle Data Cloud, you will help set the course in enabling our Product teams to iterate and develop strategic products to take to market in a rapid fashion. You will work cross functionally to understand product requirements and rally your team to develop a process. You will fully understand what needs to be done to scale and further automation the product over time to meet market demands. Additionally you will closely partner with Operational teams to identify process efficiency opportunities and see them through implementation.
Specific responsibilities include:
Establish scalable framework for prioritization, assignment and tracking of activities across custom initiative teams.
Ability to understand business requests, quickly translate and understand technical implications to develop proof of concept products thru to general availability.
Partner with stakeholders in Product, Operations, Technology and Go to Market teams.
Establish guidelines and process to migrate POC processes to Operational teams
Identify automation opportunities that help our operational teams get better and work more smartly
Provide leadership and direction to the custom initiatives team members
Desired Skills and Experience
7+ years experience in leading and managing a technical team
Experience in balancing resources between process support functions and development
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong and adaptable communication skills; able to converse with engineers all the way to front line sales
Background in managing and mentoring software engineers
Able to excel in an environment of changing and evolving priorities
BS or BA degree; MBA a plus
