Marketing Director - U.S. Consumer - Visa - Foster City

Come join Visa as part of the North America Marketing team, as a Director focused on marketing to our consumers. This Director position is responsible for developing and implementing holistic marketing plans to support the U.S. country initiatives. We are looking for a talented and well-rounded marketer to join our team. Specific Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement consumer marketing plans for our key US initiatives
Manage external advertising and marketing communications agency partners to deliver an integrated plan across paid, owned, earned media
Gather and synthesize deep consumer insights on our target audience
Work with agency partners to create and gain alignment to the creative brief


Qualifications
Strong strategic marketing background with at least 8 years of experience delivering measurable business results
Experience and comfort using data to optimize paid media campaigns across TV, display, social, search, mobile, etc.
Experience working with external advertising and marketing communications agency partners to deliver across paid, owned, earned media
Solid understanding and successful implementation of digital marketing practices (web, mobile, social)
Consumer-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights
BA required
