CGI has a brand new opportunity for a Service Delivery Director on our team engaged in Herndon, VA.

Performance Objectives

Direct and plan the work of our Production Support team, to prioritize and meet technology commitments, and to leverage expert knowledge in assigned area(s) to define and direct technology and operational delivery.

Functional responsibilities include service level and quality management, demand assessment, capacity management, issue management, project/program management, and financial management
Client, SLA and Project Management
Planning, documenting, and managing the performance of subordinate managers and/or staff. Provide professional and technical growth through career development, mentorship and team building.
"Raising the Bar" - innovation, driving change, process improvement
Financial stewardship and management (margins, revenue, cost management)
Business development

Required Skills

Relevant IT Project management experience (10+ years) in a Production Support Environment
Experience with the Software Development lifecycle
Problem Solving, Conflict resolution
Ability to excel in high pressure work environment
Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Data analysis
Solutioning (Current state, Future state, Gap Analysis, Proposal, Plan)
Excel - advanced level of proficiency
Financial stewardship and management (margins, revenue, cost management)
ITIL Certification
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
