Johnson & Johnson Enterprise Quality System is recruiting a Director, Program Management for the Enterprise PLM Program. This position will focus on delivering a standard Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and platform across the global J&J business landscape.


This position will be partnering with Johnson & Johnson business sectors and IT; this individual will have overall accountability for the management of an integrated project plan and budget for the trū (PLM) Program, as well as adherence to overall methodology and quality standards.
This position is a project role and the candidate will be required to find an alternative position once this multi-year project has completed. The Director, Program Management will be responsible for: Responsible for the execution of an integrated project plan across all phases, waves, and go-lives for the trū Program. Accountable for the day-to-day execution of program activities. Serve as the single point of contact for the program in each business (Consumer, Pharma, and Medical Device). Manage program level issues and risks. Identify dependencies/inter-dependencies across teams, monitor progress, and support issue mitigation, as needed. Define agendas for Steering Committee meetings; prepare materials, and present program status. Anticipate and coordinate necessary resources to support program needs. Manage program scope, risk and issues related to business and change related activities. Serve as a trū SME to the enterprise across all sectors (Consumer, Pharma, and Medical Device). Drive alignment of key stakeholders to engage and influence the deployment of trū in the regions. Act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day PMO activities including overall program status, resource load, and financial health of the project. Also be responsible for identifying and tracking dependencies / inter-dependencies across the program. Perform overall program risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations, as needed. Provide input to overall program strategic planning, business planning, and business risk analysis. Anticipate potential risks / program obstacles through an understanding of key business processes, the SDLC lifecycle, and the analysis of key program data. Defines key program metrics for each phase of the project and manages ongoing analysis and reporting. Collaborate closely with the Program Strategy Lead to integrate enterprise-wide dependencies and risks into trū project planning efforts. Provide input to the prioritization of program activities and objectives based on knowledge of project plan, resources, and budget. Form productive networks with internal business leaders and external vendors to manage expectations and integrate diverse needs and perspectives. Provides overall oversight of tactical project management task

A minimum of Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer and/or medical device industries is required; A minimum of 5 years of line managerial experience is preferred. Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience required. Experience with complex global transformations, required. Familiar with Quality and Compliance Standards, required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, required. Ability to coordinate and facilitate communication among diverse group of stakeholders, required. Significant and successful program management experience, required. Exemplifies leadership qualities and is regarded as a strong people manager, required. Expertise in project management methodology and standards, required. Skilled in project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project), required. Understanding of key data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.), preferred. Knowledge of financial budgeting tools and concepts, required. Understanding of key processes and cross-functional interactions across the product lifecycle, preferred. Knowledge of Business Process design methodologies and tools, preferred. Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, preferred.

This position is located in Skillman, NJ and will require 25% travel domestic and international. Assignment length for the Director, Program Management to last approximately 30 months.
