Closely interact with our Student Search clients to provide them with a consultative approach to help build and monitor Search strategies, understand outcomes, and guide them to success.
Collaborate with clients to understand their enrollment needs, suggest best practices, evaluate, and report on their progress.
Strengthen our data offerings, expand our analytical techniques, and guide the development of new data infrastructures.
Be responsible for creating and communicating innovative and strategic approaches for Student Search clients.
Build Student Search strategies for clients – including Junior & Sophomore, Senior, Year-Round, Graduate, and Transfer search populations as needed.
Analyze, develop, and deliver Student Search best practices with the Big Data team.
Build Search orders on behalf of our clients.
Spearhead, optimize, and enhance all client-related data analyses, reporting, and be the primary point person for delivery of client reporting.
Plan and execute monthly, and year-end results calls with clients, describing, and recommending future Student Search strategies.
Improve and architect comprehensive client reporting for both self-serve reporting and custom-built Fire Engine RED Engagement reports.
Leverage existing and new data sources to better serve our clients.
Apply Fire Engine RED’s and/or a third party’s predictive modeling outcomes to client strategies.
Work closely with the Big Data team on data acquisition, data mining, and overall data management processes.
Collaborate with the Innovation team to implement data and reporting strategies.
Communicate and describe the varying data driven strategies to internal team members and Search clients.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and assessments in response to client needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
Strong experience in Higher Education admissions; Student Search and recruiting strategy experience and/or consulting for recruiting and admissions.
Experience managing data acquisition and data organization required for the purposes of driving strategy, reports, and analytics.
Ability to present and communicate clearly and simply.
Preferred knowledge of key data points/factors related to the enrollment/admissions process within an institution.
Strong problem solving skills while under pressure and managing aggressive deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and project management skills.
Strong team player and experienced manager of people.
