Job description
About the role:
itBit is a fast growing company in a fast growing industry. One of the most difficult challenges we have growing a company in a dynamic industry is tackling a diverse range of adhoc projects. These projects span a wide range of internal and external subject areas. Examples include: Rolling out company wide review processes, negotiating external insurance contracts, identifying operational inefficiencies in our product development process, researching international banking partnerships, and so on.
We are looking for a strong leader to work as an extension of the executive management team and own these adhoc projects. Because the projects are extremely diverse, we’re looking for someone smart with a knack for learning quickly and executing efficiently. The ideal candidate has a diverse set of experiences and is not afraid of operating in unknown territory.

Responsibilities include:
● Partner closely with executive management on strategic projects
● Coordinate across departments and offices (NYC and Singapore) to complete internal and external company initiatives

● Work across teams to iterate roadmap process, project management systems, and general organizational design as teams continue to expand and take on more deliverables
● Partner with leadership to track company and individual driven goals and communicate progress to both the CEO and COO as well as provide feedback loop to questions, comments or suggestions from the executive level
● Own and refine company mission, core principles, and organizational values and work with senior leadership consistently communicate on a quarterly so bi-annual basis
● Oversee and advise all people operations and team-resource organization including role responsibility, individual and team bandwidth, role transfers, performance review and general HR process

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Requirements:
● BA/BS degree or equivalent
● 5+ years of working experience in a similar role
● Ability to understand new concepts and work in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communication and organizational skills to quickly grasp business problems and always seek out opportunities to make continuous improvements
● Interpersonal skills to build relationships up, down and across all levels of organizations
● Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and drive complex strategic projects to completion with minimal supervision
