Director - Channel Sales - Glassdoor - San Francisco


Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Manager with 10+ years’ experience to ultimately develop and manage engagements to drive revenue growth. You will specifically manage relationships with Glassdoor's Recruitment Advertising Channels.

This position requires an enthusiastic and hands-on individual contributor or manager who enjoys a quick-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with Glassdoor’s Recruitment Advertising partners
Work closely with representatives across multiple functions to educate on Glassdoor’s suite of Branding and Talent Acquisition services
Partner with Glassdoor’s Sales representatives to identify new opportunities within the Channel

Requirements:
7+ years working with Channel partners
Strong sales background – proven sales ability including relationship building and management, consultative selling approach
High level knowledge and experience within the Staffing industry
New Business Development-Hunter Mentality
Strong human and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Executive Presence - ideally has experience managing others
Enjoys working in a team environment and being part of a fast growing company
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
