Our Offer:
Join the HR Leadership team as Sr. Director, Total Rewards. This critical role, reporting to the CHRO, is responsible for facilitating the design, implementation, and communication of all rewards programs for 20+ countries.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and administration of all global compensation programs including cash, equity and benefit plans.
· Develop rewards related policies and programs targeted at energizing and retaining the talent.
· Ensure competitive positioning of rewards programs resulting in maximizing employee productivity and employee engagement.
· Provide guidance and support to Regional HR teams to ensure consistent global approaches.
· Plan, develop and implement new and revised benefit programs as appropriate.
· Provide expert guidance in the design and administration of annual variable incentive compensation and other applicable incentive plans including sales.
· Oversight of applicable benefit plans, plan design and changes.
· Work closely with CHRO, CEO and CFO to develop executive compensation
· Manage the company equity-based compensation plans
· Responsible for providing leadership in M&A activity; review and ultimately harmonize/ integrate.
· Responsible for on-going benefits and pay legal compliance to country specific regulated programs.
· Responsible for compliance to legislation in regards to world-wide pension schemes/retirement benefit plans.
· Design and implement effective communication and eductation strategies with management and employees regarding total compensation and benefits.
· Design and administer ex-pat and mobility programs ensuring globally uniform approach
We are looking for:
· 10+ years of Global compensation and benefits planning
· Direct experience in designing and implementing executive compensation and sales incentive plans
· Significant compensation, equity and benefits plan technical experience, as well as tax regulatory knowledge in various countries.
· Understand the complexity of business on a global scale. Embraces cultural and individual differences. Work with the nuances of specific local cultures to make informed, impactful program design decisions.
· Comfortable and experienced with ambiguity, complexity and speed.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills
· Strong organizational and communication skills
