Director - Project Management - Innovation - PepsiCo - Chicago


Job description
Specific accountabilities include:
Lead overall innovation process for Global Groups, including Stage Gate reviews
Lead & manage team of PMO leads in providing program management support for Global
Group innovation projects, including timeline development, risk management, status reporting, and portfolio analysis
Coordinate full PepsiCo innovation portfolio review and oversee Sr. Analysts in gathering, validating, analyzing, and presenting the results to PepsiCo President, SVP/GM for Global Groups, PEC, Presidents' Council, CEO/CHRO, and BoD
Ensure accuracy and completeness of innovation information in Accolade, and support continuous improvement of the system
Drive use and understanding of the Global standards, processes, tools, and methodologies
and assist with change management activities
Extensive interaction with senior leadership in providing visibility, analysis, and summaries of innovation projects & processes. Executive interactions include frequent reviews with PepsiCo President and SVP/General Manager Global Groups, and SVP of Transformation


Qualifications:

Strong strategic agility, change leadership, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
Ability to challenge the status quo and champion new ideas throughout the organization; ability to inspire confidence and trust with peers and senior leadership
Ability to influence others, effectively empower and delegate across various projects and business teams
Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving skills
Experience in change management projects
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred with 7-10yrs experience
Knowledge of program management standards - PMP, PgMP , or CAPM certification a plus
