Director - Debt - Credit Karma - San Francisco

Job description
You will be a business leader and have ownership over Credit Karma’s debt vertical. The position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for the strategy and delivery of business goals and objectives.
What The Job Entails
Analyze and track offer performance and report revenue, profit, margin, and trends
Create and manage overall strategy for our debt vertical
Optimize performance from different segments of site and other web properties
Scope projects and work cross functionally to bring opportunities to life

Trend and forecast projected volume and incremental earnings
Manage existing partnerships to ensure compliance with partner marketing guidelines
Develop new business relationships and onboard new strategic partnerships
Negotiate business terms and payouts
Plan and complete roadmap items
Analyze and track offer performance and report revenue, profit, margin, and trends

Desired Skills and Experience
Relevant account management position and environment in debt and credit repair
Lead generation, affiliate marketing, business development, product and marketing, and Consumer Finance expertise
Demonstrate specific knowledge and relationships in the Consumer Finance vertical
Experience with Web Marketing: SEM, SEO, SMM, content, mobile
Experience with acquisition models: CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM
Ability to translate strategic goals into plans and actionable objectives
Strong sales and negotiating skills
Ability to think in numbers – you must be highly analytical
