Job description
Close new design wins
Gain trust, collaborate with senior engineering executives at target tier 1 accounts
Achieve target bookings number.
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans.
Develop targeted large accounts and increase share of wallet.
Manage prospect pipeline from interest (establishing relationship), development (understanding need), proposal and close.
Generate new leads within target accounts.
Conduct webinar, telephone and in-person sales calls.

Manage the proposal process utilizing internal resources and managing influence in the customer’s organization.
Perform all duties with the highest level of professionalism, integrity.

Desired Skills and Experience
Has closed large multi-year software licensing deals ($1M to $10M)
2+ years negotiating complex software licensing agreements
5+ years supporting large geographically dispersed customers with multiple engineering organizations
5+ years selling embedded software solutions to UC, Device manufacturers and service providers.
2+ years selling SDKs to engineers
2+ years selling to senior level executives within tier 1 accounts.
5+ years selling complex solutions.
Experience selling iOS, OS X, Android, WinRT, Linux, embedded Linux software or SDKs.
Experience selling annual software support and engineering services.
Able to clearly, concisely explain complex support issues and engineering projects to customers.
Familiar with Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, Salesforce CRM.
Experience selling standards based software like SIP, XMPP, MS-SIP.
Experience selling patented software.
BA, BS or equivalent.
Strong desire to learn and stay at the leading edge of communications technology.
