Director - Client Services - Oracle - Cleveland
Job description
Job Summary:
As a member of the management team of a growing retail software company, the Director of Client Services will oversee the development and management of a portfolio of Store Systems Consulting clients. This individual will work with the other Directors to recommend the strategic direction and chart the growth of the consulting organization to provide superior customer services as well as to increase revenues and expand market reach. This position will report directly to the VP, Consulting.
Job Scope:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Ultimate responsibility for management, growth, and satisfaction of all Client Relationships
Maintain executive relationships with clients
Ensure strategic roadmaps and tactical plans to achieve are established and delivered on-time and on-budget
Establish and meet annual revenue and contribution targets
P/L Responsibility for Consulting profit center
Establish and manage budget
Meet corporate contribution targets
Develop market sensitive service practices
Monitor & upgrade internal and client facing processes as appropriate
Make recommendations for the strategic direction and infrastructure of the Client Services organization
Define organizational structure
Build and develop a team of professionals to meet the needs of new and installed base clients
Desired Skills and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree is required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years’ experience in a client facing / relationship management role
5+ years’ experience in a management capacity within a consulting or client services organization
Experience in the retail industry is preferred
Proven ability as a Program Manager; demonstrated progression through project management positions
Ability to establish credibility with clients through understanding their needs and building compelling solutions.
Strategic planning and analysis experience, including developing new services offerings, revenue and staff forecasting and account planning.
Skilled in relationship development and management
Strong presentation, written, oral and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio
Some travel may be required.
