Director - Client Services - Opera Mediaworks - San Francisco


Job description
This position offers significant responsibility to a highly motivated and independent person experienced in mobile advertising. You manage the client services team who are the primary operational point of contact with our customers from the time a sale is completed through integration and post-launch. In addition you will also be responsible for managing publisher inventory flow on the platform.
Effectively manage, mentor and grow and team of Client Service Managers to maximize platform knowledge development, employee job growth, and client satisfaction during the client on-boarding to the AdMarvel mobile advertising platform

Work closely with Sr. Management team to clearly and concisely communicate publisher and supply related milestones and issue on an on-going basis.
Understand all platform capabilities & new features becoming the ‘go to’ person for stakeholders
Document on-going process improvement on day to day team operations
Act as an escalation point on technical support, implementation strategy and integration questions/issues.
Track and communicate client feature requests to product development. Provide feedback on new features during the development cycle.
Coordinate with AdMarvel partners, rich media vendors, ad networks and internal ad Operations and Engineering team members on all elements related to existing Client issues
Lead web training, demo sessions and on-going account management for high profile clients
Project manage cross department teams to ensure smooth workflow according to strict time lines and release schedules
Maintain a clear understanding of the client’s products, brand positioning and advertising solutions in the competitive landscape
Participate in weekly BD and Operations calls for key accounts

Desired Skills and Experience
Prior team management experience
Ability to understand mobile technology, experience with SDK and S2S integrations
Can learn new systems quickly and efficiently
Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent relationship management, organizational, and communication skills
Extreme attention to detail
Prior experience in mobile advertising ad operations or other mobile technical experience (4+ years)
Understanding of competitive mobile advertising landscape and players
Aptitude with SDK, JavaScript, Fiddler, Charles, iOS & Android mobile platforms, Rich Media and Video ad technologies. Prior experience integrating with 3rd party platforms a plus.
Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment
