Job description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an account person to lead day-to-day work with clients and internal team. This person will manage key client relationships through the ability to understand critical business objectives, competitive category dynamics, a keen understanding of the consumer target and digital marketing best practices. He or she must ensure deliverables meet client business and strategic needs, and drive the brand's digital footprint forward. This person must have the ability to manage simultaneous projects, work on and be a leader within multi-disciplinary teams and execute activations with flawless excellence.

Responsibilities:
Sets the tone for the team by creating positive internal and external (client and agency partners) relationships. Drives mutual respect and over communication among all team members. Creates a team environment people want to be part of.
Understands client’s business and agency scope of work completely. Serves as client’s partner in thinking through what digital marketing programs and elements can be deployed to most efficiently achieve and surpass their business goals. Foster innovative solutions on how to grow the brand and proactively brings to client.

Sets project quality and performance standards. Pushes to guarantee all work delivers on client’s business goals and helps sell work to Client. Addresses issues with quality proactively.
Drives organized, clear and transparent communication with key clients about the work the agency is doing. Is not afraid to manage expectations and does not put off tough conversations.
Develops clear presentations for clients, best positioning agency’s work and leads presentation with confidence
Synthesizes down issues, problems and helps the team simplify and solve proactively
Represents the agency at all client meetings, leading meetings or pulling in appropriate agency personnel to lead
Stays abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and how they affect clients’ business and marketing initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:
7-10 years account management experience in an agency
Solid digital background
End to end site design and development oversight, familiar with all steps from site strategy to information architecture to QA
Loves solving client’s business problems
Comfortable leading teams with multiple discipline representation (strategy, creative, technology, analytics)
Excellent communication skills, and strong presentation skills
Management/Leadership/Team skills- key skills to highlight: great judgement, courage to do what’s right, self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told, over communicator, confident, respectful
Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
Positive, collaborative attitude and proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects
