Site Leader
eBay Enterprise is a leading provider for direct to consumer and on-line shopping commerce service for over 1000 retailers and brands.
We are searching for a Site Leader to oversee the fulfillment center in McCarran, NV. The Site Leader will be responsible for the following:
Lead and direct the Fulfillment Operations to achieve key goals and objectives and the execution of a business operational plan.
Monitor daily performance of all operations and management and taking action as required to maintain operational compliance with all company policies, procedures, and cost control objectives.
Provide direction and support to management team. Coaches to ensure productivity and quality objectives are consistently achieved.
Maintain a working knowledge of all operational processes.
Maintain a work environment, which provides for the safety of employees and the security of products.
Demonstrates the ability to lead, direct and coordination all activities for operating and managing a third party vendor facility.
Demonstrates the ability to plan, direct and implement warehouse operations to meet stated key performance Indicators and SLAs.
Ability to forecast and manage an annual budget while managing the operational processes within set guidelines.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
Review and follow-up on results of production, efficiency, costs and inventory accuracy.
Ability to interact with senior management and provide updates and solutions on issues with a major business impact.
Develop and implement organizational strategies.
Interact with existing and prospective new accounts/clients.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership with 5 years progressive experience in ecommerce and business to consumer (B2C).
Experience in a fast pace, high volume, unit pick fulfillment distribution environment.
Background as a 3PL working with multiple retail partners overseeing a facility of 300k sq ft plus with approximately 200 associates, and a large contingent/temporary workforce during peak seasons.
Ability to thrive in a high volume work environment during extremely busy peak seasons while executing multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be an excellent leader, mentor and coach that inspires a positive and efficient work environment .
Must be proactive, numbers driven and a good anticipated planner.
P & L responsibility for $11 million annually.
Previous experience managing as a third party vendor.
Strong analytical, strategy and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (i.e. Red Prairie, Manhattan, BLX, etc.) preferred.
BA/BS Degree required. Six Sigma/Lean Concepts highly preferred.
