Director - Strategic Partner Development - Cardlytics - Midtown Atlanta
Job description
Cardlytics is seeking an experienced leader for our Strategic Partner Development team to build and enhance successful partnerships, influence internal and external partners, and implement strategic partnership plans with our key partners. Test, deploy and maintain solutions in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Support new partners through launch process and liaise with product and technical support
Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with key partners
Proactively resolve business issues with partners
Be an internal advocate for the partners
Be a proven leader with strong management experience
Desired Skills and Experience
BA/BS degree or higher; MBA preferred
10+ years’ experience, including 7+ years of related partner or partner facing experience and 3+ years of people management
Extensive experience in the advertising and technology industry
Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities
Excellent project management experience, with the ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Rapid, curiosity-driven, learner who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
