Director - Services Marketing - Adobe - San Francisco
Job description
The Director, Services Marketing is a critical member of the team responsible for delivering on the global acquisition and conversion strategy for the Creative Cloud business, Adobe’s innovative subscription services offering for Creative Professionals.
This highly visible role will regularly interact with and influence the executive leadership team at Adobe. Additionally, s/he will work regularly with senior members of the product, marketing and customer support organizations to define and execute product, marketing and communications programs for optimizing and identifying ways to grow Creative Cloud’s paid subscriber base globally.
S/he will be responsible for driving and executing customer contact, communication and engagement strategies for Creative Cloud, with the goal to improve onboarding and active use of free and paid members and increasing paid conversion.
This person will be a key member of the team and will work in partnership with product and marketing organizations to test, execute on and optimize programs that deliver on aggressive business goals.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with proven success understanding and optimizing online services funnels and managing product development and/or marketing for successful online subscription businesses. S/he will also have the proven track record of leveraging marketing results, customer insights and service usage analytics to inform and scale a digital business or service. He/she will be good at translating complex funnel concepts into actionable tactical and strategic insights and plans as well as communicating them persuasively to senior (executive level) audiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a holistic iterative testing and improvement strategy for measuring and improving free active use and conversion
Optimize approach to tying usage data and active use to conversion and retention and developing personalized programs to optimize and drive subscriber growth
Ensure geo teams are executing on active use strategies and maximizing conversion in local regions
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
10+ years of leadership experience running digital marketing in a digital, services business (consumer or enterprise services).
Experience in successfully driving high-volume conversion rates in a services business is required.
Proven success developing and deploying digital marketing strategies and plans that grew topline revenue and recurring value (retaining current and attracting new customers).
