Job description
We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Regional Business Travel Team as Director of Business Travel Sales based in San Diego, CA. Position reports to the Area Director Business Travel - West Coast.

What will I be doing?
As Director of Business Travel Sales, your responsibilities will include:
Overall responsibility meeting quarterly and yearly revenue targets
Coaching, Leading, Mentoring and Developing team
Monitor sales activity relating to your team, customers, pipeline and future opportunities. Ability to hold team accountable to meeting their targets .
Working with onsite hotel teams leveraging resources for results driven campaigns.
Research and develop sales presentations, attend tradeshows
Development of marketing initiatives to support activities.
Negotiate, complete proposal agreements with accounts as needed
Interface with Hotels leadership, ownership groups etc.
