Director, Solution Marketing & Offer Management – Telecom & Technology
Location: Duluth, Georgia

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
• Leads a team of program managers responsible for delivering GTM solutions (Advanced Services, Managed Service, Multivendor Services and Telecom Storefront) to drive achievement of overall sales and revenue objectives as defined in business models.
• Develop competitive analysis to quantify and prioritize customer requirements for market share growth.
• Define program roadmaps to ensure leadership retained with market and customer expectations
• Develop and understand key customer business metrics and provide ongoing feedback to program management teams
• Partner closely with sales leadership and practice teams(COE) to develop market growth plans, account strategy and provide sales support as needed.
• Lead and develop sales enablement tools, sales training, pricing strategy and commercialization strategy.
• Keen understanding of ICT technology trends and market direction
• Be the voice of the customer – understand market conditions, competitors and technology/service innovation
• Own all aspects of marketing associated with communications, demand generation and sales enablement (value proposition, references and use cases) focused on targeted segments
• Define business growth strategy and other key business activities.
• Metrics include FV, orders, revenue and margin growth, market share and solution vitality.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• A minimum of three year's marketing/program management experience in ICT environments
• Demonstrated ability to own, develop and execute strategic plans.
• Ability to develop and deliver customer presentations.
• Strong program and project management foundation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in developing and selling the full spectrum of ICT services
• Prior history working with service marketing and or service program management that target specific vertical industries, such as telecom.
• Excellent communicator and clear thinker.
• Active industry certifications demonstrate technology prowess
• Requires exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Creative, analytical and well organized.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong leadership base; comfortable working in a matrix reporting environment.

General: The Director, Solution Marketing and Offer Management is responsible for being the expert and evangelist of the complete solution offered by the Telecom and Technology LoB from concept to execution throughout the solution lifecycle, including: gathering industry/customer and sales requirements; defining solution vision; developing solution roadmaps; developing go-to-market plans; creating solution messaging and content; assisting sales in closing opportunities; and working closely with sales, engineering and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role also includes ensuring that the solution supports the company's overall strategy and goals. This role has global responsibilities.
