Director - Product Management - Clustrix - San Francisco

Job description
As an integral part of the Clustrix team, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to drive revenue and exceed customer satisfaction goals. In addition, you will focus on developing cool thought leadership content in the form of blog posts, webinars, product demos, technical presentations, and videos, and building our community. This is initially an individual contributor role.

Desired Skills and Experience
Must have 5-10 years product management experience through the complete product lifeccyle and able to show examples of successful product launches.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
Strong leadership skills and ability to interact with customers and foster cross-functional teamwork among Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
Deep understanding of the NewSQL and NoSQL database landscape.
Excellent written, verbal and presentations skills.
Passion for entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
Comfortable engaging with developers in online forums, developer conferences, and meet-ups.
Knowledge of the E-Commerce vertical segment highly desired.
