Performance Materials and Technologies is a high-performing, global business with an array of technologies that are changing the world for the better. Performance Materials and Technologies comprises six businesses, each of which succeeds on the strength of its technology portfolio, complimented with expertise in engineering, sales, marketing and supply chain.
This Human Resources Director role provides strategic HR leadership and support for three key client groups within the PMT Integrated Supply Chain organization. The first client group is Resins & Chemicals Integrated Supply Chain. This organization includes 1,000 employees across three union manufacturing facilities including one of the world’s largest single-site producers of caprolactam. The other two client groups are the PMT Procurement and Global Supply Chain Planning organizations which include approximately 500 employees globally responsible for demonstrating functional excellence in their respective areas.
This position reports to the PMT ISC Human Resources Director and leads a team of 5 HR professionals. The position can be based in either Morristown, NJ or Richmond, VA.
Key Responsibilities include:
Align business and HR strategy.
Establish and implement short-term and long-term strategies to drive business growth and results.
Lead HR aspects of key business processes including STRAP and AOP.
Lead key HR processes including talent development, performance management, and compensation planning with support from the HR Centers of Excellence (COE).
Manage talent acquisition, assessment, development, and retention.
Drive organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
Execute against labor and employee relations strategies.
Foster employee engagement.
Coach executives, managers, employees and direct reports.
Role model safety leadership.
Drive and support operational excellence through Honeywell Operative System (HOS).
Manage site transitions projects.
Develop HR team.
Participate in other special projects as needed.
Attributes and Skills Sought:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organization development or a related discipline.
7 years of progressive HR experience.
