Job description

Acculynk is a leading payments industry innovator that provides consumers an easy and familiar way to use their PIN debit card when they make online purchases -- via a patented graphical scrambling PIN pad. Acculynk is the only provider of a SaaS solution for entering your PIN online. Acculynk brings net new consumers to eCommerce merchants as we enable payments from consumers in the US, China, India and Canada with many more markets targeted to join our network in the next 1-2 years. In addition we are taking on exciting challenges, such as peer-to-peer transfers, mobile payments and online banking user authentication to drive fraud out and provide more security to consumers, banks and merchants. Over 6000 merchants and 7000 financial institutions use Acculynk’s flagship product to make using a debit card for online purchases both simple and safe.
Acculynk has developed a new, disruptive disbursement product that provides tangible benefits to payors and payees. The solution enables online marketplaces, eCommerce companies, insurers, restaurants and various other businesses to transfer payments directly to a payee’s debit card.
We have an immediate opening for a dynamic sales executive to serve as the Director of Enterprise Sales to contribute to the rapid growth of this new product. This executive will be responsible for driving continued growth through an established pipeline, sourcing leads from existing channel partner relationships, and also through creatively generating new leads within assigned territory/verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through farming existing pipeline opportunities, cold calling, attending industry trade shows and leveraging existing channel partner relationships for qualified leads.
Track results on a weekly basis and prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts through the use of industry-standard CRM tools.
Aggressively work the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas. .
Deliver sales presentations that demonstrate compelling value to targeted prospects.
Run product demonstrations
Work with General Manager, Payzur to develop, deliver and negotiate proposals and contracts.
Efficiently transition closed sales to implementations.
Cross sell other product lines where applicable: Internet PIN Debit, gateway, tokenization, full credit card processing, mobile, etc
Continually update sales collateral (decks, marketing materials, etc) to reflect the ever-growing value proposition and to be more targeted to specific prospects.

Desired Skills and Experience
Deep experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including lead generation, product demonstrations, being attuned to hone in on key factors that impact the prospect’s motivation to move forward while conveying value proposition, establishing a sense of urgency, developing proposals, and negotiation/contracting
Strong understanding of the payments industry
Established contacts and evidence of excellent engagement experience with Director to C-level contacts within the eCommerce, marketing, payments, finance or treasury departments at enterprise level eCommerce merchants
Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills: ability to express complex business / technology issues in a clear commercial way; complete confidence with senior stakeholder targets and groups
Strong analytical skills
Ability to self-motivate to drive hard to achieve large scale and formidable targets where the sales processes may be lengthy and complex

Adept at Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
Bachelor’s degree
