Direct - Sales - Mobile Solutions - Vibes - Chicago


Job description
We are currently seeking a top performing Direct Sales professional with proven results selling SaaS marketing solutions to marquis Retail and Consumer Brands. The top candidate will be an experienced sales hunter with exceptional client facing abilities and a passion for cutting edge technology and marketing solutions. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and is located downtown Chicago at 300 West Adams. Approximately 30-50% travel required.

Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and close new high-profile Retail clients for Vibes
Cultivate and manage a pipeline of Retail and Consumer Brands and meet aggressive quarterly sales quotas
Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of Vibes’ platform, products, strategic services, pricing, and market differentiators
Set, prepare for, conduct, and follow-up on multiple in-person and/or remote sales meetings each week
Effectively demo Vibes’ Catapult platform and tell the story of Vibes’ value proposition through designing and delivering compelling presentations
Complete and leverage sales tracking system for sales lead and process organization, reporting and analysis
Responsible for contract negotiations on new business and renewal
Build and leverage collaborative relationships across multiple departments including Sales Operations, Marketing, Client Service, Finance, Technology, Product, and Business Intelligence
Ensure internal stakeholders including Product and Technology have the latest market insights from prospects & clients

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years direct sales experience selling marketing SaaS Solutions to Retail and Consumer Brands
Minimum 10 years digital marketing experience in results-driven environments
Experience selling in the digital CRM industry highly preferred
Proven success developing and delivering on a sales strategy in a complex ecosystem
Demonstrated success closing substantial contracts through consultative sales techniques
Experience driving early adoption of digital marketing solutions
Ability to design and deliver client ready presentations independently
Proven track record illustrating unique and compelling value proposition for clients and educating the customer on cutting edge technology enabled marketing solutions
Demonstrated results utilizing sales tracking systems and specific experience with salesforce.com preferred
Superior negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent time management skills
Proven track record juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
