Vice President - Marketing - Interthinx - Agoura Hills
Job description
Responsible for all of the marketing and communication activities for Interthinx including:
- Creation and execution of annual marketing budget
- Manage creative staff including ad campaign creation and all creative activities
- Develop and execute an internal corporate communication plan
- Oversee management of PR firm and all PR activities
- Oversee management of all strategic and tactical product marketing plans
- Execute approved marketing strategies annually
Responsible for overall Interthinx brand strategy
Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Software Engineering and Operations teams to plan and launch and message products on time and effectively
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years experience in managing a marketing team
• 5-7 years experience with corporate branding, creation of marketing plans, creative development and ad placement, and, annual budgeting
• Marketing experience in the financial services sector a plus
• Goal-oriented, able to conceptualize ad campaigns, creative endeavors and company messaging. Must work creatively with subordinates to fulfill concepts
• Proven track record of maintaining annual budget while delivering on creative campaigns, projects and marketing initiatives
• Satisfactory understanding of mortgage industry technologies
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop various initiatives at different stages
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work productively with highly creative subordinates
• Strong communication skills, to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong outside-the-box thinking and imagination
• Ability to manage and balance multiple projects
• Must work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
