Director - Product Management - Gliffy - San Francisco

Job description
In your role as Director of Product Management at Gliffy you will take product ownership and be recognized for having delivered a product that pioneered online diagramming. As a product visionary, you’ll contribute to Gliffy’s team as they constantly improve their HTML5 SaaS and Plug-In products and develop new features with an eye for quality, efficiency and stability. Reporting to the Co-founder, leading a team of 3+ Sr. Product Managers and acting as the core product voice, you’ll work directly with the development and marketing teams to envision new tool features that will ensure Gliffy customers consistently get to work with a cutting edge product!
Your Work
Chart the future of the Gliffy’s product by determining what to build, for whom why, where and how it will work. You’ll stay attuned to the competitive landscape and craft the product roadmap by:
Conceptualizing and bringing to life engaging and productive product features.
Develop and communicate an innovative product vision and evangelize it to customers, partners, cross-functional teams, and senior management
Perform market sensing activities that employ voice of the customer initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience
Our ideal candidate is a talented Director of Product Management with 8-15 years of experience who has:
Passion for bringing amazing experience to life for users from conceptualization to implementation
Grown and managed PM teams for 4+ years in an Agile environment
A numbers hound with keen ability to perform competitive analysis (and exp with Google Analytics-type products)
Deep understanding of KPIs
Experience working in a startup or small company environment
