Director - Talent Acquisition - LiveRamp - San Francisco

The Director of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in helping LiveRamp grow from 53 to 100+ in 2014. As the leader for the recruiting team, you will drive strategy for recruiting top talent in all company functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Measure and improve our internal recruiting processes.
Be a highly effective manager for the recruiting team members.
Initially manage a team of three and hire additional recruiters.
Brainstorm and implement creative ways to source candidates for roles across the company.
Interface with and be a trusted resource for hiring managers.
Evangelize the LiveRamp team and brand.
Contribute to building a great company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing and motivating a high-performance team.
Deep passion for all things related to recruiting extraordinary people.
Ability to connect meaningfully with a broad range of candidates from engineering to sales, new grads to highly experienced individuals.
Experience setting up repeatable and scalable processes.
Ability to think outside of the box and experiment with new technologies.
Great communication skills both internal and external. Always answer emails and calls within 12 hours.
Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).
Desire to work in San Francisco. We will relocate you if necessary.
