Job description
POSITION SUMMARY

R2i seeks a self-motivated individual to join our team who is interested in growing with us. This person is responsible for identifying, contacting and closing business within various marketing departments of the most notable brands in the West Region. This individual is consultative in their sales approach, a strong brand ambassador, the lead evangelist for the r2i amazing digital portfolio of work and has the ability to spread our inspirational & entrepreneurial story. He/she is responsible for success through the entire sales process from establishing a prospect list to leading a cross discipline team through the pitch process and properly transitioning the new relationship with our clients over to our delivery team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Meets or exceeds an annual quota of $3M
Ability to understand, at a high level, a vast mix of different industry verticals and how digital marketing applies to their business
Ability to build senior-level client relationships
Attend relevant networking events and workshops in order to build relationships within the various local communities in the West Region
Ability to speak in front of both small and large groups in order to evangelize the r2i brand and our digital portfolio of work
Solid understanding on how to use the various presentation platforms in order to present our creative work in the most appealing manner
Ability adapt to a constantly changing environment & industry
Creative thinker with solid problem-solving skills
Assembles other team members as needed to aid in the research and recommendations in order to drive the sales & pitch process
Ability to present the various r2i product and service offerings to prospects in client meetings and to various audiences at networking and trade events
Ability to understand client/prospect challenges, business model and their competition as it relates to their needs in web asset and digital marketing services

OTHER RESPONSIBLITIES
Collaborative and teamwork approach with our internal marketing team to drive r2i brand awareness into the West Region
Travel outside of the Seattle region may be required. Heavy emphasis is within the West region but travel across the country may be required based on prospect/client need
Provide client management and account management services and support as needed
Performs other related duties as required and assigned by management

Desired Skills and Experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABLITIES
5-7 years of client services experience (consulting, agency, marketing services)
Must have the ability to follow verbal and written communications and; communicate effectively with public and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner.
Agency background, a plus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND EQUIPMENT OPERATED
Operates standard office equipment to include telephone, computer keyboard, and copy machine.
