Job description
Fidelity’s Contact and Investor Center Technology (CICT) group delivers platform and software solutions to more than 15,000 associates across the Personal & Workplace Investments Services businesses to help them deliver the best customer experience in the industry. We have identified a need for a Director, Program Delivery to play a critical role focusing on content management.

The Director, Program Delivery will oversee all critical work streams of a new multi-year program to transform how associates consume content to better service our customers. This position will be accountable for execution, delivery and ultimately the success of the project. To achieve this, you will create a shared vision of success among the project delivery team, the development teams and project sponsors, forging strong partnerships with all stakeholders. By bringing together the unique needs and capabilities of the business, technology partners and Fidelity’s customers you will inspire continued excellence.

Primary Responsibilities
Understand business strategies and develop relevant baseline and progress measurements on all workstreams to position final program deliverables as value added to the business.
Fully engage business and technology partners in all phases of effort to capture and assimilate needed information and perspectives required for the success of the program.
Drive the utilization of Agile methodologies to deliver project results that meet stakeholder needs within time and budget.
Plan, coordinate and report project and program status to effectively engage program stakeholders and project team members.
Individual responsibilities include but are not limited to: project estimation, budget management, project planning strategies, establishing milestones and schedules, maintaining and reporting project status, issue tracking, risk management, and change control.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education and Experience
10 years’ experience leading large enterprise technology transformation initiatives through cross-functional projects/re-design efforts.
At least 5 years’ experience in content management program management strongly preferred.
Experience in various delivery methodologies, with an expertise in Agile.
Demonstrated experience in effective executive relationship management.
Financial services industry experiences a plus.
Software development background a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
Adept at forming and managing effective relationships at all levels of an organization including senior management.
Ability to effectively lead a program team in a dynamically changing work environment to positively influence business outcomes.
Effectively manage project teams through all phases of the project/program lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to execute with cross-company collaboration and partnership.
Demonstrated ability to think proactively, adapt quickly to changes and prioritize appropriate tasks.
Ability to translate complex issues into memorable communications; in person, in presentations, or the phone/video.Strong facilitative skills.
Results-focused, doing whatever it takes to bring the right people to the table to facilitate solutions.
Ability to quickly detect, learn and synthesize complex information, and apply learnings to manage the program.
Adept at reading the environment to anticipate risk and proactively deploy countermeasures.
