Sentry Insurance is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Director of our Life & Annuities Pricing group in our Stevens Point, WI Home Office. In this leadership role, you will oversee pricing and product development of Sentry’s life, group, and annuity products. What You'll Do
As the Director of Life & Annuities Pricing you will provide leadership and direction for pricing life, group, annuity products. Specifically, you will:

Direct and oversee the life company pricing programs for the organization

Develop projection models for premium, policy counts, expenses, and losses to forecast financial results

Analyze financials to ensure financial strength including actuarial aspects of product development and/or product maintenance and determination of pricing structure and premiums

Monitor mortality, loss ratios, quality trends, and industry trends

Participate in new product development, enhancements, and pricing actions

What it Takes

Must be a Fellow Society of Actuaries

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Math, Actuarial, Statistics or Economics

Tactical, strategic and innovative analysis to evaluate costs, benefits and risks of various business options to achieve profitability and premium growth

5-8+ years of related and increasingly more responsible work experience

Advanced product knowledge in Life and Health products

Proficient skill level in actuarial statistics/assumptions used for rate making, loss reserving and forecasting

Excellent human relations and communications skills
