Director - Named Account Sales - Wireline - Huawei Technologies - Denver
Job description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and penetration key accounts
Positioning, sales, and support for Huawei products and services
Maintain exceptional customer relationships
Generate revenue
Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Certifications/Licensures:
Minimum: Bachelors’ degree in relevant field required
Preferred: Master’s degree preferred
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum: 10+ years work experience with infrastructure products within the Wire-line telecom industry, preferably in a quota-carrying sales capacity.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift/carry materials, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork. Extensive travel (50% - 75%) required.
WORKING CONDITIONS (relates to physical environment):
Standard indoor office environment.
POSITION TYPICALLY REPORTS TO (title of immediate supervisor/manager):
VP Regional Sales
POSITION INTERACTS WITH (indicate internal and external contacts):
Company staff and management, client company staff and management, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
Desired Skills and Experience
Must Have
“Hunter Mentality” and truly understands high performance behaviors and the competencies required for true success.
Knowledge of telecommunication wire-line products (IP, Optical etc), good understanding of the industry and the laws governing operations in the telecommunication market
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Previous equipment manufacturer experience
Prior and/or existing relationships within CUSTOMERS is a must
Sales Aggressive and self-motivated hunter who can go after the Customers
Good Team Leader and Team driver with good management skill.
