Director Of Enrollment
Job Summary
Currently, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Enrollment in our EMS division. The Director of Enrollment will serve as a leader in enrollment management for Hobsons and its client institutions. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient conversion of leads to students and will manage teams of call center operators, enrollment counselors, and enrollment coordinators. This individual is a key member of the leadership team for the EMS-US division.
This position will be located in: Oklahoma City, OK, or Cincinnati, OH with extensive travel to Oklahoma City for the next 9-12 months.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Responsible for hiring, training, developing and retaining the best enrollment management talent. This position facilitates the growth of enrollment staff by ongoing coaching and support in identifying their development opportunities and internal/external training resources and courses
Responsible for maximizing conversions and for managing a competency-based structure that will scale as the business continues to grow
Responsible for developing and maintaining a quality assurance program
Responsible for managing the Contact Management System that aligns with the stated objectives of the Lead Policy
Ensures that specific goals and objectives for staff are established and that there are daily, weekly, monthly and annual evaluations of the achievement of these goals and objectives
Responsible for developing and implementing training programs for enrollment management
Manages cross-functional relationships with lead generation, student & client services, and marketing
Creates a motivational environment that contributes to the success of the team
Participates in programs for self-improvement and professional development as it relates to improved conversions and customer service
Management of other projects as assigned by the Vice President
Oversees formulation of the annual budgets and compensation packages for the enrollment department
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of management, marketing or financial management
12+ years experience in an education enrollment management environment; Minimum 5 years managing and leading fully compliant, organization-wide enrollment management operations is preferred
Extensive travel to Oklahoma City, OK will be required
Knowledge of federal laws and regulations governing higher education and recruitment accreditation criterion established by the regional accrediting body of the client institution
Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to form productive internal and external collaborations and partnerships including well-developed written and oral communication and presentation skills
