PCN Strategies, a resource management consulting services provider, has a great opportunity for a Vice President Software Product Marketing with one of our clients. Our Client is a Global Publicly traded Consumer Services company.

Due to continued growth within its Global Information Technology division, our client is seeking a Vice President Software Product Marketing. This Vice President Software Product Marketing will be responsibile for strategically leading team of Account Executives, Managers, and Directors across several product lines in their continued efforts to maintain, nurture, and grow existing client relationships. This candidate will train and mentor on both the individual and team level; as well as aid in the identification of cross-sell opportunities in order to maximize revenue, improve customer experience, and expand our share of wallet in a “Land and Expand” initiative. Base potential is above $300k + Bonus & Stock Options. Full relocation will be provided for selected candidate.

As a Vice President Software Product Marketing for the Global Information Technology division, you will be responsible for:

Provide day to day Global thought management of complex a marketing, product management, global alliances and regional field sales and services operations (including regional practice teams) to drive strategy and execution. You will manage both: “Front & Back” office operations consisting of both US and International teams.

Provide strategic, forward-looking vision when designing solutions for strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing, Technology, and Client Services

Provide executive consulting support on regional resources to develop local versions of the annual business plan including sales, marketing, service and support.

Approve business requirements for multifunctional projects offering solutions for product strategy to define and develop the product road map for new and existing products

Provide continuous feedback to business partners, stake-holders, and executive leadership regarding the priorities and status of work being performed within specified areas with relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown

Directly manage large, complex Global Projects insuring execution on time and under budget by creating corporate “Center of Excellence” charter.

Complete the creation of a corporate guide for solutions marketing to define and create business impact solutions – combinations of products and services – that are aligned to buyer needs

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or Accounting & Finance REQUIRED
Minimum of 10-15yrs experience experience in Software Product Marketing and Product Management is REQUIRED
Minimum of 7yrs years’ experience managing a P&L of $30mil minimum is REQUIRED
Minimum of 5yrs years’ experience supporting Customer Service initiatives using CRM's, ERP, Consumer Facing Web & Mobile Applications is REQUIRED
Minimum of 5yrs experience working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and Windows operating system is REQUIRED
Minimum of 5yrs experience supporting and/or functioning as a Lead within an Agile Project Management environment is REQUIRED
