As a Sr. Program Manager reporting to the Director of Program Management, you’ll work with our Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support and Marketing teams to ensure successful and timely product releases and business execution. Our business and product development cycles are fast-paced, challenging and always shifting to respond to the dynamic marketplace as well as our consumers’ needs. Responsibilities:

Create and manage business, product management and marketing schedules including tasks, milestones and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects

Develop and maintain business dashboards that summarize product releases, roadmaps and key objectives

Perform risk identification and mitigation planning

Manage programs through their entire lifecycle including requirements definition, design, implementation and release.

Assist in defining, implementing and improving operational processes

Assist with leading project/program management team

Communicate proactively to encourage teamwork and cooperation between cross-functional teams and mediate conflicts when necessary

Optimize process to achieve operational efficiencies wherever possible

Requirements:

10+ years hands-on program management experience in software development

A proven track record of delivering large, high-quality products on time in a fast-paced start-up environment, with many stakeholders

Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern software engineering techniques including waterfall and agile development techniques

Experience managing the development of embedded applications

Experience managing project teams over multiple geographical locations (both domestic and international)

Familiar with and have executed a PMI/Agile Framework based Project Management Methodology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

Ability and experience mentoring team members

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field of study or equivalent work experience is required
