The prospective candidate will be responsible for helping to develop state-of-the-art sensor products using advanced tools and technology and to support refinement and drive new product development work process improvement. As a Senior Program Manager in Sensor Signal Path, the individual will play a critical role in driving and orchestrating the development execution of analog sensor IC’s that are designed for use in industrial, commercial and automotive markets.

Working with design, applications, test, marketing, and product engineers in a team oriented environment, this individual will be responsible for leading these development teams and managing product development execution beginning at product definition and culminating at market launch. Some key responsibilities include project development organization/planning and execution, product engineering support, and status updates to management.

The senior candidate must also possess sound leadership skills and a highly refined understanding of the new product development work process and be capable of leveraging this expertise in furthering group development and work process efficiency improvement activity.

Experience with subcons a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a BS in Business, Engineering, or related technical field. The Program Manager (PM) must have a minimum of 10+ years experience in any areas of analog semiconductor development or a generalist with a wide knowledge of design, fab process, package assembly, quality and test of semiconductors.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication ability, solid understanding of the product development infrastructure and work process, be capable of effectively driving technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity and experience with external foundries is highly desired.
• Must be flexible to work within both US, European and Asian business hours
• Must show initiative, demonstrate excellent follow up and possess problem solving skills
