Job description
Your challenge
This position leads the Global Business Group Marcom and Field Marcom teams to convert BG/BIU and Marcom strategies into integrated campaigns for new and existing target markets. This position is responsible for identifying and addressing new opportunities and defines the overall Marcom objectives for both the BG and field Marcom teams based on BG and Marketing strategies. They ensure teams work closely with Product Managers to execute integrated campaigns that span BIUs or BGs. Direct and coach a group of Marketing communications professionals supporting the BG and various segments to create and execute results oriented communications strategies plans and deliverables.
Your responsibilities
■ Manages (has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing priorities, and resolving conflicts) the global Marcom department.
■ Leads and communicates the development and implementation of worldwide marketing communications strategies, campaign plans, deliverables and measuring results against clearly defined objectives.
■ Develop and implement strategies to represent the breadth and depth of the BG/BIU to the marketplace, including increased utilization of digital platforms over traditional methods.
■ Leads, mentors/coaches Marcom professionals to ensure the skills needed to deliver on our commitments and that each team member stays current in their knowledge of communications best practices and relevant market trends and legislative issues.
■ Create the Global Marcom plan to facilitate management decisions including timing of deliverables, budget and ROI.
■ Participates in regular communications with Marketing and Business Leadership (CEO, Sr. VP, VP level) teams to ensure alignment and synergistic optimization.
■ Maintains a good working understanding of all business offerings, related customer segments, and related market-specific considerations.
■ Represents business to cross-sector Marketing and Communications teams and collaborate on cross-sector activities and ways of working.
■ Ability to identify, synthesize and prioritize key issues facing the marketing communications team and resolves roadblocks

We are looking for
·Bachelors degree in marketing communications or equivalent, MBA preferred
·15+ years of experience in global marketing communications
·Healthcare marketing experience preferred
·High-tech product launch experience
·Strong communication skills
