Job description
The Marketing Content Manager works with others in Business Markets and Education groups on the creative strategy, development and implementation of multi-media content that supports strategies and programs to integrate iPhone and iPad into enterprise and small business.
The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for delivering world-class design, video, audio, web-based programming and products to ensure highest quality user experiences in support of Business Markets, Retail and Apple?s carriers internationally. This Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Apple look and feel is reflected in all materials and is required to work closely with Product Marketing and Marcom
This Manager is responsible for interfacing and communicating with all levels of management in providing Creative Service support to the wider WW iPhone and iPad teams.
Key Qualifications
5 years marketing experience
Direct experience project managing a team in multi-media creative production
Professional working knowledge of digital/social media, motion graphics, video/audio production, web programming, webcasts, storyboarding and graphic design
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Excellent project management skills
Proven experience understanding and working with international audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage numerous projects on multiple platforms simultaneously
Ability to utilize resources appropriately and manage to budget
Ability to develop innovative and creative in-house programs for multiple platforms
Passion for and technical knowledge of Apple products
Description
Manage and produce media deliverables for web, PDFs and iTunes
Create consistency in the overall look and feel of deliverables such as videos, podcasts, written stories and ePubs.
Liaise with Marcom and Product Marketing to maintain corporate brand alignment
Provide artistic input and manage the entire creative process from concept to completion
Produce and direct videos from concept to final posting to support Business Markets WW and our carriers
Lead the creative development of user interface specifications, site architecture diagrams
Writing web, newsletter and podcast description copy
Education
BA/BS Degree
Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior interactive experience, excellent communication skills, demonstrated project and budget management skills, and a solid understanding of the online creative development process. Project management experience at an interactive agency, ad agency, in-house marketing communications or creative services department is ideal.
