Job description
Develop and lead the Enterprise Testing Practice.
Lead the effort to deliver best-in-class solutions to our Customer base by -
Creating and deploying appropriate methodologies to deliver value to Customer businesses.
Staying on the leading edge of business and technology through participation in industry and professional forums and conferences.
Recruiting and developing a world-class team.
As a part of the senior leadership team at DecisivEdge, actively participate in the creation of an innovative and rewarding work environment.
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial long term relationships with key Customers -
Generate repeat business by creating value for Customers and through the effective management of the relationship.
Manage multiple large projects and internal teams of professionals.
Serve as the primary liaison with project’s executive sponsor(s), dealing with all project related matters, including project management, scope management, project communications, pricing and billing.
Manage the P&L for the Enterprise Testing Practice
Estimate project effort and staffing accurately.
Ensure projects are delivered as planned (schedule and financials)
Lead the development of new service offerings and/or products/solutions/frameworks in the Enterprise Testing area.
Participate in other company initiatives as required.

Desired Skills and Experience
10 plus years experience in the applications QA area with sequentially increasing responsibilities and a track record of delivering successful solutions to a broad set of customers, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
Familiarity with all aspects of applications QA, including –
test case design,
test optimization,
test automation,
establishing and implementing standard protocols and procedures for testing and test management
industry standard automation tools such as HP Quality Center and MS TFS
establishing and monitoring the performance of an enterprise testing COE
Familiarity with different commercial and operational constructs associated with consulting and managed services/outsourcing.
Familiarity with global delivery model and managing off-shore resources.
Ability to develop and promote the use of standard QA methodologies and deliverable templates.
