We are pursuing aggressive growth through new customer acquisition. We expect our Director of Strategic Sales to lead this charter to aggressively grow our technology consulting business

Desired Skills and Experience

10+ years of direct IT services sales and business development experience with a proven track record of generating and growing revenue. Sold Information technology services for successful systems integrator; ideal candidate would be top performer at their current employer.

Excellent negotiations and strategic thinking skills Strong presentation skills: lead the development of strategic presentations and proposals to position Aditi’s value to the customer.

Ability to develop relationships at all levels within an account and translate customer’s strategic initiatives to projects. The candidate should be well networked, Research various sources as well as identify and qualify opportunities through strategic relationships

Be able to close large complex and strategic solutions. Must be able to facilitate dialog between practice and delivery teams to develop the appropriate solution and close the business with the client

Has a strong interest in technology and a strong desire to continue to learn. Good understanding of large information systems projects, good analytic skills, project management skills, understanding of disciplines (e.g. systems development methodologies, object orientation, etc.) and technologies (hardware, software, databases, etc.), grasp and ability to solve business problems

Demonstrate necessary poise, maturity and charisma to engage C-level decision makers
