Job description
Job title: Agile Coach/Scrum Trainer

Qualifications:
8+ years’ progressively more responsible experience in directly relevant roles such as Agile Coach/Scrum Trainer

This should include 2+ years prior experience as an Agile Program Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum development environment, including strong preference for 1+ years hands-on experience as a user of Rally and/or comparable tools (e.g., VersionOne, JIRA/Greenhopper, or CA Clarity Agile).
Strong program/project management skills, as demonstrated through experience leading and managing complex, large-scale, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects with a successful track record of delivery.
Solid understanding of the Software/Product Development Lifecycle (SDLC/PDLC) and program and project management techniques, methodologies and best practices, with a strong preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Equally effective working with both engineering/technical team and product/business team members.
3+ years of experience supporting development and management of products in the digital, online, ecommerce, payments technology and processing, and/or financial industry space.
Outstanding written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to create executive level reports, dashboards and presentations. Highly skilled in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, presenting text, diagrams, and metrics in visually compelling ways. Highest attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear
language appropriate for executive audiences. Demonstrated ability to consistently produce top-quality deliverables appropriate for an executive audience.
Strong verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels. Highly effective facilitation skills in both small and large-group settings.
Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved product/program planning, development, and project management processes and workflows. Ability to diagram and document existing and proposed new business/technical processes using Visio and other tools.
A highly collaborative, energetic team player with demonstrated ability to be flexible, diplomatic, persistent, and energetic. Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Ability to navigate and be successful in both “start-up” and established, larger company environments.
Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint) required.
Working knowledge of Agile application lifecycle management and development tools (Rally, Confluence Wiki, JIRA) highly preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and/or Certified Product Owner (CPO) certifications are preferred.
