Daily Management and motivation of Engineering Team
People person who understands human element of motivation and leadership
Ability to manage simultaneous complex projects and view these projects from the guise of the end user to build testing procedures
Ensure implementation and refinement as required of formal process to support the product development process
Ensure that product development is focused on meeting and exceeding the requirements
Work with Senior management to understand product requirements and meet product release deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
Expertise in Agile development process
Expertise in development and implementation of testing procedures
Experience in web technology design and implementation. We utilize PHP, Javascript, and Python as our primary languages.
Knowledge of MySQL. Cassandra NOSQL is also beneficial
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services is beneficial
