Summary:

Social Media at ADP; moving the needle and setting the bar high. The usual stuff, be awesome!

You'll work with your high-powered teammates to create amazing, world class HCM products infused with social media that are efficient, intuitive, beautiful, responsive, reliable, and at home in web browsers as well on mobile devices and tablets. You should care about every click and have a passion for the experience.

You'll be building creative solutions to new challenges while ensuring that our servers can scale to match our huge demand. You should walk in your user’s shoes even if they don’t fit and be able to see the world from their eyes.

ADP’s Product Innovation Lab is being built like a startup that already has it’s seed, A, B and C round in the bag. We have a lot to prove and it’s going to be a wild ride. At ADP, our Innovation team will be defining user- and producer-facing experiences ranging from co-viewing mobile applications to Twitter beta-partnerships to old-school (but still meaningful) email marketing systems. You will work closely across ADP’s business units to ideate, build, test and increment revolutionary products and experiences.

As a Social Media Product Manager you will need to:

- Develop high engagement, bleeding edge – yet scalable and stable consumer products that grow user engagement around ADP’s content and brands
- Lead technical and non-technical cross-functional teams through product planning, development, testing and iteration.
- Create artifacts to aid the product development lifecycle – brainstorming topics, problem statements, specifications, prototypes, key performance metrics, test plans, and more
- Closely monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities in the social media space. Rigorously use product analytics to drive product adoption and iteration
- Serve as internal product expert on social media products and experiences. Build and foster relationships across ADP.
- Deeply understand the user needs and be able to communicate with world-class engineers
- Help to define a product vision and strategy
- Be a conduit between all elements of engineering and business (e.g., sales, marketing, strategy)

This is a product management position; not a marketing position.
