Working closely with the Business Unit’s Executive Management, Sales, and Product Management, you will develop and execute leading edge strategies to promote the brand and create necessary demand generation programs and supporting materials for direct and partner sales & marketing initiatives.

Directing your team, and leveraging resources across the organization and various 3^rd-parties, you will conceptualize and create digital content (websites, social media, video, collateral, branded design, photography, etc.) to support the gBusiness Unital NCR Small Business initiatives, and measure the impact to determine future strategies and tactics. You will define the voice of our communications strategy and implement through various platforms.

The Director of Marketing, NCR Small Business will;

Work closely with the Business Unit Executive Management, Sales and Product Management teams to understand market requirements and value proposition for solution(s), then create the necessary demand generation programs and supporting materials for direct and partner sales & marketing initiatives.

Defines and documents marketing processes and procedures, and leads marketing support personnel to achieve assigned tasks and overall BUSINESS UNIT objectives for share and revenue growth.

Establishes and manages budget associated with all BUSINESS UNIT marketing initiatives

Define and develop marketing collateral/content across various platforms (documentation, video, internet/social, blogs, presentations, photography, etc.)

Develop and execute communications strategy to internal resources, prospects, partners, customers, and industry/media.

Develop social media marketing strategy and execute across marketing initiatives as appropriate

Determine event strategy and manages trade shows or other marketing events as appropriate

Guide website design, user flow, and content for BUSINESS UNIT website/eCommerce platform.

Manage relationships and contractual commitments/invoicing for 3^rd-party marketing services providers (i.e. Media Relations/Agency, Web/Design, SEO, Corporate Marketing, Advertising, etc.).

Establish relationship with Corporate Marketing to understand company-level marketing initiatives and guidelines, and then ensure BUSINESS UNIT alignment in regards to overall company brand messaging and communications.

Determine metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales impact and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

Perform other duties as determined based on overall business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS undergraduate degree in Marketi
ng or Business Administration
MBA preferred with at least eight years of experience in relevant work areas
5+ years digital marketing, product marketing, PR/communications and/or general management experience in B2B and/or B2C industries
Ability to directly or indirectly influence and lead cross-business unit and/or cross-functional teams
Communication and presentation skills to create and deliver conclusion-oriented discussion documents and presentations
Effective resource management; excellent project management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, supervise/manage teams, and/or outside professionals.
