VP - Loyalty - North America - Beintoo - New York City


Job Description

The Vice President Loyalty North America will be in charge of the overall strategy of the Company for the mobile loyalty products and related revenue in USA and Canada, that means:
define the requirements for the mobile loyalty features in collaboration with the Marketing Team
define in collaboration with the CEO and the marketing team a compelling value proposition for american brands and retailers based on solid quantitative models and clear metrics
collaborate with the Marketing Team for the positioning of the Beintoo Loyalty Program in the North America loyalty market
define and execute global sales strategy by introducing Beintoo Loyalty Program to the Marketing and CRMs teams of top brands and retailers in North America
identify key partnerships in North America to expand the adoption of the Bedollar and of the Beintoo Loyalty Program in local businesses and small offline retailers in major US cities
structure and lead sales for the loyalty products and related operation in North America;
perform sales activities (meet customers / close deals /generate revenue);
align loyalty product development with revenue strategy;
identify, close, execute and manage strategic partnerships in North America to expand and spread the adoption of the Bedollar and of the Beintoo Loyalty Program
structure and lead a data analysis team focused on monitoring the key metrics of the partner retailers to show the positive impact of the Beintoo Loyalty Program
support the CEO in identifying new potential revenue channels and establish the key partnerships to execute them;
speak at events on behalf of Beintoo;
hire sales force focused on loyalty products gradually with the growth of revenue from loyalty

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Experience:
Minimum 8 years experience working in bizdev and/ or sales teams for loyalty programs of top worldwide retailers or for cross retailers loyalty programs or for credit cards issuers loyalty programs
Deep knowledge of the loyalty industry and strong connection with executives in marketing and CRMs teams of top brands and retailers, with a special focus in US
Comprehensive understanding of loyalty metrics and analytics
Experience leading sales and operations team in loyalty industry
Required Skills:
Great organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to respect tight deadlines
Analytical (i.e., demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and creatively think of technical workarounds)
Ability to work proficiently as part of an internationally dispersed team
Customer-centric
Highly self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
Passionate about loyalty and new innovative ways to support brands and retailers in their loyalty strategies
Comfortable in the culture of a startup
