Director - Hispanic Marketing - NBTY Global - HOLBROOK


Job Description

This position is responsible for developing and executing the Hispanic marketing strategy for Puritan's Pride. This includes developing and overseeing a Spanish language website and all marketing activities. This person will create the vision for our Hispanic market digital business and develop the roadmap for its growth.

The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a visionary approach to marketing. He or she should be passionate about the Hispanic market, technology, online media, driving revenue and measuring results. This person is a solution-oriented, tech-savvy thinker with an ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment, always with a consumer-first mindset. They will also be ROI focused with a demonstrated expertise in project management and creative thinking.

This is a hand's on position requiring a strong understanding of implementing, overseeing and growing online businesses. The ideal candidate will have had primary responsibility for implementing and managing such e-commerce programs in the past.
Develop the business plan and operating budget for the U.S Hispanic business for Puritan's Pride
Ecommerce P&L responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability
Develop strategy for and work with internal marketing team to:
Drive customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, website personalization, retargeting, social media, referral marketing and other marketing and promotional activities
Deliver sales and customer targets for SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and comparison shopping partnerships
Leverage email marketing to drive sales
Collaborate closely with the merchandise team to effectively merchandise the website to maximize sales and margin
Identify, design and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance online
Communicate, report and present results to management
Leverage consumer research, current market conditions and competitor information to determine opportunities for existing and future services
Work closely with Customer Care department to deliver language appropriate sales and service phone, email and chat support
Manage key business KPI's
Experience:
8+ years’ Hispanic Marketing experience a must
5+ years of digital marketing and/or marketing management experience
Strong direct-response experience with a track record of successful online strategies that drive qualified traffic and customer acquisition and retention
SKills:
Self-motivated and proactive at finding new solutions to grow the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Background or demonstrated passion for health and wellness
Knowledgeable about social marketing
Strategic thinker and ability to direct internal marketing concepts for the company
Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines
Acute business acumen. Ability to see future consequences and trends, while dealing with concepts and complexity comfortably
Can establish a collaborative relationship with all key functional leaders within the organization
Strong ability to communicate with a multiple layer group to build trust, drive execution, foster innovation, and solve problems
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred
