East Coast Sales Director Bleum - New York


Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and proven track record of selling Offshore IT Outsourcing Service/Solutions to major clients in the Financial Services, CPG/MFG, ISV, and Hi-Tech domains. 

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for by selling the full spectrum of the companies Offshore Outsourcing Services/Solutions.The position is ultimately responsible for the achievement of sales goals and the development of revenue producing relationships with decision making C-Level executives as well as drive the sales cycle of all sales opportunities from initial prospecting through contract execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales
* Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
* Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted accounts 
* Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal submission, and negotiation 
* Be the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers
* Work in close collaboration with Offshore and Onshore support personnel to  ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers business and technology needs 
* Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship
* Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong account development and closing skills with a proven track record of success in selling IT Offshore Outsourcing Services/Solutions 

* Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in selling Offshore IT Services/Solutions 
* Must have existing IT and C-level contacts with strong relationships with intargeted industry/domains
* Ability to immediately re-establish existing relationships and re-connectwith contacts
* Sense of urgency and impatience to sell
* Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management
* Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services and outsourcing solutions 
* Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six months in duration
* Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
* Strong executive level relationship building skills 
* Proven ability to work with remote and geographically separated teams 
* Proven track record of successful sales leadership closing complex deals 
* Demonstrable ability to grow and maintain relationships at an executive level
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with executives 
* Persuasive oral and written communicator with good listening skills 

Travel Requirements 

* The candidate is expected to travel regularly to prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, engagement implementation, and ongoing relationship building.

Compensation
 
Base:  $75,000
OTE:   $150,000
