Director, Sales Operations Rearden Commerce - Foster City
Job Description
Rearden Commerce is looking for an exceptional Director of Sales Operations. This individual will report to the President, Field Operations and support the Direct Sales, Channel Salesand Customer Support groups.
Responsibilities:
Work on deal structuring and profitability analysis with the Sales teams and partner with Finance and Marketing on Price Committee decisions
Prepare weekly Executive Staff reports and quarterly Board of Director packages
Represent the Sales and Support organizations during the annual operating planning process
Drive the weekly Bookings forecast process for the Sales organization
Ensure the accuracy of sfdc and increase functionality to improve sales process and usage of sfdc
Work cross functionally to integrate newly acquired companies into the Field Operations group
Coordinate training and onboarding process for new salespeople including events like sales kickoffs
Develop sales compensation plans and track performance against plan as well as overseeing payment of commissions
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with MBA preferred.
Sales Operations experience for high growth firm
Superior analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate & influence with a senior management team.
Ability to managing and mentoring direct teams cross functional teams
10+ years experience in high-tech companies
