Director of Sales and Business Development SkillStorm - San Diego


Job Description

Position Title: Director Sales and Business
Job Category: Sales

The core mission of the Director Sales and Business is to perform outbound sales calls and schedule meetings in order to grow revenue for Skillstorm through the sales of IT services to clientele within an assigned territory. Goal is to be above activity expectations on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities
Proactively develop new business through a high volume of outbound phone calls and meetings
Promote Technical Staffing solutions to prospective clients
Generate qualified job openings from top companies
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client representatives
Deliver qualified candidates to fulfill job requisitions.
Responsible for branch operations leadership and development of the team

Accountabilities:
Understand and Live the Core Values Daily
Visit a minimum of 10 new clients a week
Be on track for an annual Gross Profit of $750,000
Mentor new and current recruiters

Requirements/Qualifications
2+ years experience in IT business development role, IT staffing experience a plus
Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting customers
Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals
Inside/outside cold call experience a must.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
